College Clinic

Ages 4-9

Trailblazer Performance: Ages 4-9

Trailblazers Performance is designed for athletes ages 4–9 of all skill levels and experience. Whether your athlete is picking up a stick for the first time or looking to continue developing their game, this class provides a fun, supportive, and energetic environment to grow. Through engaging drills, creative games, and age-appropriate instruction, athletes will build confidence, improve coordination, develop foundational field hockey skills, and foster a love for the game.

Middle School

Expedition Performance: Middle School

Our Middle School Performance program welcomes field players and goalkeepers of all skill levels and experience. Whether an athlete is brand new to field hockey or looking to continue growing their game, our sessions provide a positive, supportive, and challenging environment where every player can develop with confidence. Athletes will work on technical skills, game concepts, teamwork, and decision-making through engaging training designed to meet players where they are and help them improve. Goalkeepers receive specialized instruction tailored to their position, focusing on fundamentals, movement, communication, and confidence in the cage. Our goal is to create an environment where athletes feel encouraged, motivated, and excited to learn the game.

High School

Outpost Performance: High School

Our High School Performance program is designed for field players and goalkeepers of all skill levels and experience who are looking to elevate their game in a focused, competitive, and supportive training environment. Sessions are built to challenge athletes through high-level technical training, tactical development, and game-speed decision-making to prepare them for varsity, club, and collegiate play. Field players will refine skills such as ball control, passing under pressure, attacking and defensive principles, and game awareness, while goalkeepers receive specialized training in advanced footwork, angles, communication, and in-game scenarios. Whether an athlete is developing consistency or pushing to compete at the next level, our program meets them where they are and helps them grow with purpose and confidence.

College Athletes

College Training

Our College training program is designed for current collegiate field players and goalkeepers of all levels who are looking to train with intensity, refine their performance, and stay sharp in the off-season or supplemental training environment. Sessions are high-tempo and detail-driven, focusing on advanced technical execution, tactical decision-making, speed of play, and position-specific development. Field players will work on high-pressure ball control, finishing, attacking and defensive structure, and game-speed situational play, while goalkeepers receive advanced, individualized training centered on reaction speed, positioning, communication, and elite-level shot-stopping scenarios. This program is built for athletes who are committed to competing at a high level and want a training environment that mirrors the demands of college and beyond.

🚨 NEW Drag Flicking Masterclass Added in Bow

Due to demand, we’ve added an extra Drag Flicking Masterclass in Bow.

If you’re serious about becoming a genuine goal-scoring threat from penalty corners, this session is for you.

Over one hour, we’ll break down every part of the drag flick and give you the technical feedback, drills and reps needed to build a faster, more consistent and more dangerous flick.
